Introducing Bonnie Box

I am delighted to announce the launch of Bonnie Box, a new project I've been working on over the past couple of months. Through my YouTube vlogs, it's become increasingly apparent to me that there is a huge demand from people from all over the world for 'brand Scotland'. This is from people who may have Scottish heritage, may have visited Scotland and fallen in love, and perhaps who may have watched Outlander and discovered Scotland through TV screens. Meanwhile, Scottish products are actually quite hard to source, especially from abroad, so that's the reason why I've launched Bonnie Box.

Bonnie Box is a brand for everyone with an interest in Scotland, and its first product is going to be a one-off Christmas gift box, for which I am personally filling with hand selected Scottish products. The price for this Christmas box, which will be posted in the first week of December, will be £33 + £7 international postage.

Bonnie Box is a longterm project, and eventually will have a dedicated shop page, potentially through Shopify, but for the time being the domain http://www.bonniebox.scot lives on a tab on this blog page.

Future products may include t-shirts and other merch, photographs and one-off gifts. I'd welcome your feedback and the types of Scottish products you'd like to see from us in future.

Oh, what do you guys think of the logo? It was designed by a friend of mine, Juliana Cogo. Check out her Facebook Page.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your attention and taking an early interest in Bonnie Box.

Shaun

  1. I love this idea and will order one for myself. In a future box it would awesome if you could include products from Highland Soap Company. While in Scotland last year I discovered the Whisky & Honey hand wash. It's fantastic but they sadly don't ship to the US.

  2. Great idea, I can't wait to see what you will have to offer! T-shirts, buttons or pins and car stickers would be fun!

  3. I am not sure if I am signed up or not but I want one...put some of those "Highland Buttons" (shortbreads) in there...so delicious. By the way what are your tips for shipping I just sent 2 identical boxes from USA to Scotland and they were expensive, 66.50 USD each...one going to Falkland got stuck in customs for an additional fee and the one to Glasgow went right there. Open for suggestions, thanks I love your vlogs and I really have to refrain from answering some questions about the show so I don't ruin it for watchers only. Thanks
